Buy the book for $17.95. And, if you can, also buy the Memory Supercharger paraliminal tape. Then study & practice. If you are determined enough, you'll be able to convince yourself w/ just using the book's directions. It is a super book written in such a manner as to enable learning.

Yes, if you can purchase the course, that's best. But, IMHO, you can learn PhRing from the book. The Memory Supercharger tape is an excellent tape & it also comes w/ the course. I think it's $14.95.
