Gregory, I am by no means insulted. I can take helpful suggestions very well. It's all part of a journey of self-discovery, and if anyone would like to lead me along that path, I thank them.

What I see as keeping me from making the progress I would like is the creation of imaginary mountains in my mind. Mountains that I have to trek over before I can reach my destination. I think to myself, I need to prepare, I need to preview, I need to take time to make sure I'm in state, I need to flip through the book while keeping the state, then I need to make my affirmations, and then wait. After that, I still have to mind probe(which I do not seem to get anything out of), then comes the super reading and dipping, which leaves me out-of-control for some reason or another, and then the whole rapid reading process. All this goes through my mind instead of: "Hey, Tim, let's relax, have some fun and Photoread!" Damn submodalities!

Now I would like to review Pete's five day plan....

cheers.
