Thanks for all the advice, guys. It is not that I do not -know- what I could/should be doing to achieve what I want in my life, it is more that I just don't -do- it. But every day in every way, I'm getting better, and better.... I listen to paraliminals daily, ranging from large amounts of belief and personal genius to lesser doses of dream play and personal magnetism. As I have mentioned on other posts, these tapes I belief are working, but I still lack the concrete results I need to have full trust in their effectiveness. Is there really any active way to put the system to the test and prove to myself that they are working? Or is patience the only answer? Thanks again for your assistance. I truly appreciate it.
Ahggg, the time has come again to rise with the sun.... any suggestions on how to feel good about getting out of bed in the morning?
Enjoy.

To wake up feeling great do one of a couple of things such as listening to the Self-Esteem Supercharger before bed or PhotoReading a positive, up-lifting book. How you fall asleep is how you wake up. Go to bed tired; wake up tired. Go to bed feeling great; wake up feeling great.

Pete, I often have trouble sleeping and was wondering which is the best tape to help put you to sleep at night (and stay asleep). Is one of the tapes helpful in doing this?? I have found some success with Perfect Health but often wake up after an hour or two. Also, I know the tapes are most effective if you just "flow down the middle" and don't pay attention to the words. It helps me if I say an affirmation now and then to keep my mind off of Paul's words. Is this ok? Thanks

Hi, Claire, How nice to meet up here on this super DF! I used belly breathing w/ Deep Relaxation for terrific results. As i listened to Deep Relaxation, i just did diaphragm breathing. This combination worked every time for me. Take Care! quote: Originally posted by Claire: Pete, I often have trouble sleeping and was wondering which is the best tape to help put you to sleep at night (and stay asleep). The two best tapes for sleeping, from what customers say, are Deep Relaxation and Dream Play. Personally, I'm not fond of DR before bed unless I am very tired. Try it and see what happens.

Pete, I think I can honesty say I've fallen asleep to Deep Relaxation nearly a hundred times, but it never has made my mornings any easier. Heck, I'm usually dead asleep before any of the paraliminals finish, from memory supercharger to dream play. Very effective. But mornings still hurt so bad. It is as though every thing that I plan for and wish to achieve with my time does not exist or does not matter when I'm lying in bed. Maybe I should start sleeping on the floor....

Tim, Try Self Esteem Supercharger. It has you choose 1 thing that went really well that day. This is followed w/ choosing 1 thing you are looking forward to tomorrow & lastly, you choose 1 thing you want to dream about. I did the tape enough times to not need it anymore, but i still choose my 3 things. It really makes a difference.

Thanks for the advice, but I think it has a lot to do with the questions I ask myself while lying in bed. If you have ever read Tony Robbins' "Awaken the Giant Within," he discusses the importance of the questions we ask in our heads (ie, submodalities) and this point really made sense to me. I will go back and review this material, and see what more I can share. Margaret, I assume you are involved in the education field, so I feel this question will be intellegently answered. What, in your experience, are the most effective and easy to apply accelerative learning techniques?
Sleep....

Clean up and redo your bedroom so that everything you see in the morning reminds you about how good your life is.
