While Photoreading, my eyes become very tired, so tired they hurt if I don't close them. Because of this, I can only Photoread about one book per day. It generally occurs during the Photofocus state while page turning. Is this normal? Can I prevent this?

You may be straining too hard to achieve PhotoFocus. Relax and try to keep your gaze open. Relaxation is key to avoiding the strain and to succeeding with the system.

When you eyes are strained, rub your hands to create friction and heat. Then hold them over your eyes and allow the energy to relax your eyes. (Those who practice Spring Forest Qigong will see something else in this!)
