There are three of us that run the company.
Dave Heit is our CEO and numbers guy. We brought him on in 1994. He oversees the day to day operation.
Paul is our Chairman. He works primarily to develop product, work with our instructors, and teach.
I, as President, handle marketing, find new product ideas, and work to develop the business.
A fourth gentleman, who has been with us since the beginning, is Bill Erickson who is our corporate secretary and general counsel.
We work very well together. With spirit and grace.
