I receive technical newsletters every week. Many of the articles are printed on different pages. Can someone give me some ideas how to PR these?

PR as you would any literature ... wait (20 min) Follow by super read/dip or rapid read ... if comprehension is what you're after.

Alternatively, PR wait a bit, Postview ...

Adjust the system to meet your purpose is what it all boils down to.
