Does anyone have any input on how having a song in your head will effect the pr-process? I use the personal genius tape before i am PRing i have a song in my head and am not sure how this effects my concentration. It doesnt seem to bother me but i do notice it. I also use the bwgen at 6hz...is that equivalent to 6cps brainwaves? After i study i use the mem. supercharger. Ive been trying to listen to the tapes twice a day(both in the morning but not one after the other, and i do them again during my studying time as i stated above.) Any suggestions or thoughts?

Evanspa21,

Is the song in MP3 format and can I download it from Napster!

Some use singing to occupy the conscious mind during PR, others use the mantra's of their choice ... so as long as it does not bother you, use it to your advantage.

Concentration is achieved by making a time commitment and using the tangerine method.

The mantra is meant to 'occupy' the conscious mind while PR'ing so as to not to interfere with the sub-conscious mind.
