As many of you are aware, the web offers many possiblities ... one being the sharing of information.

There is an abundance of information on the web for free ... one such source is called Ebooks and you can download many of them for free from the web.

I've just finished looking at a great selection of Ebooks at http://www.ebookdirectory.com From there you can jump to other sites.

Interestingly, there was an Ebook on Photoreading ... naturally I downloaded it.
Talks about ... well, I'll leave that up to you to read!

There are many great great titles out there, free and for the taking!

For those wishing to practice PR, why not do it with Ebooks and learn and grow at the same time!

Great Link! Spent all last night going to different places. Only thing is I am specifically looking for 'computer' books. Any ideas where I can find complete books, not just separated chapters ?

Also used advice in the archives and am using Adobe Reader. Great if a book comes in pdf format. Any idea how I can convert none pdf books to such format ?

Most if the information I read comes off the internet and I have been having problems photoreading this format. I know there have been other discussions about how to PR internet stuff. What keyword should I use to search the archives?

Thanks for the link. Any chance to read for free has to be good.

The adobe site offers a service to allow you to 'convert' file formats to PDF.

You could also use Adobe Distiller to convert other file formats to PDF.

PDF format is great because you can setup the reader to flash the pages at 1 second intervals in full screen mode.

that is a great site, but I have not been able to find that photoreading book you mentioned. What is the title?

What reader are you using that you set up "to flash the pages at 1 second intervals in full screen mode"? I'm using a palm IIIxe.
