In response to LynnHalmech - I hope I go the spelling correct. I saw the add - ordered just the book and I like the book, but I am not confident that I can read at the speed I want to read and with the retention that I need in my profession.
I am a self-employed network engineer. I have an MCSE in NT 4.0 and Windows 2000, a Masters in IS, and an MBA. All were hard won.
Now I know - you may be asking so what do I want more skills for. Well to be quite honest, none of this means squat as an independent. What I really need is the ability to fly through the Cisco courses. The consulting and marketing books I use were a breeze with photoreading.
So I am asking all of you - how will the $200 course be an improvement over the book?
