I got the book last week and the Tangerine Technique is probably the easiest for me.
I think the easiest way to do it is to sit down, close your eyes, and pretend you are having a out-of-body experience and you are standing right behind yourself overlooking your own head and desk. Then imagine looking over your own head and desk.
Personally I can feel a small feeling of pressure in my eyes and have felt something being activated in the back/top part of my brain. I think this exercise stimulates the Parietal Lobe which is in that area. The parietal lobe has to do with creativity and other important stuff for studying.
