One of the problems that faced Trudeau and Berg was a ruling that you can't read faster than 880 words per minute, which has to do with how many times your eyes can fixate across the page. It's defined as a "conscious mind" activity.
Unfortunately, that involves a very limited definition of the word "reading." That's also the reason we never say "reading at 25,000 wpm." Why be limited to the capability of the conscious mind?
That said, MegaReading is a good speed-reading course, as speed-reading courses go.
