This is my 2nd day after reading the book. I think I am doing ok, but how many times should I rapid read? Should I only rapid read once or should I PR and activate until I think its enough and then rapid read once and then done?

I am really diggin' this so far although not really any results yet...

I only rapid read if I feel I haven't gotten enough out of the super read and dip (activation) phase. There are some books from which I want more than the explicit details. For instance, I was able to get the stuff I "need" while super reading and dipping. However, I get this nagging sensation that I want more (Maybe, in this case, I want to enjoy the author's stories or explanations. Maybe I want to understand their rationale or the way their thought process works in relation to this topic). However, for many books, super read and dip is all I need. There are even some that I just PR. After PRing, I have a strong sense that I don't need to do anything else. Trust your feelings.

When i study subjects such as Calculus, (vector calculus), and those other advanced engineering courses, i first photoread the whole book. When i find tables, list of formulas i complie them and photoread them daily. With the rest of the text i make about 20 passes through using skittering (chapter by chapter). Then to put a finale to it i rapid read once. And i found that rapid reading once is all it takes to put eveything into clearity since the goal of rapid reading is to go as fast or as slow as you need, pausing ans stopping at spots that isn't clear to you and unraveling the cloak.

The above process would take around 1/10 to 1/20 the time needed for me to study it in the old fashion. HE HE HE HE you get a sense of how much time it took me to study before.

With all the mind wondering, day dreaming of one day working at NASA's Advance research facility, as well as procrastinating, its just impecable how i managed to get things done at all a while back

I've actually increased by daily sleep from 4 hours to 8 hours amazing isn't it ! Also i found that lucid dreaming and dream recall is a routine thing for me.
