I'm in desperate need for a system to help quit smoking. Im open to hypnosis, someone advised "we quit" they make you use some long distance company though to download it. Anyone know a free one effective stop smoking program? Or a really really effective very quick program (with a resonable price).

Thanks guys,

Justin

Mazrim: Try this website. I've been off cigarettes now for two months using this program. Was nicotine free in 10 days, also this program breaks the pyschological addiction associated with cigarette smoking meaning nicotine fits. I highly recommend this product. http://www.viable-herbal.com/prod01.htm

Thanks guys,

Justin

Treating nicotine with nicotine, Bad Choice, kinda like treating crack with crack. My personal opinion.

Why does everyone enter a quote from the person who just spoke? I read the same stuff a dozen times on this post. If you want to quote something take an exerpt from what they said, and just answer the question, everyone can see what they originally asked.

Check out the "Smoke-Free" Paraliminal tape, which has one of the highest levels of satisfaction of all the Paraliminal tapes.

It is particularly effective if you smoke a pack and a half or less a day, have been smoking less than 20 years, and have successfully quit in the past, even if it was only for one day.

If you fit into the above, then listen to side A daily until you are ready to go "cold turkey," in which case you would start listening to side B for a week or two for reinforcement.

If you don't fit into the above, listen to side A daily while you cut back. Then take a break away from the tape for a week to 3 weeks. And then, follow the instructions above.

Keep the tape on hand, in case some future situation brings back that urge to smoke. Listen to one side one time, and you'll find yourself right back on track.

Try using biofeedback for making you more relaxed and for focusing you on stopping smoking. There is great home equipment called GSR2 (under $100). E-mail me and I will direct you better
