I read the book, "Superlearning 2000" and perused to the section about brain foods.
So yesterday I went to the local GNC and bought the following :
1. Lecithin (1200 mg) with Phosphatidyl Choline (400 mg). It's a two in one pill.
2. L-Glutamine (1000 mg per pill)
I have a few questions :
A. I was wondering if this is safe and if so, are the amounts enough or too much?
B. Is 1200 mg of Lecithin too much/little?
C. Is 500 mg of Phosphatidyl Choline too much/little?
D. Should I forget about using L-Glutamine and just use the Lecithin?
E. What would best compliment Lecithin? I heard Pantothetic Acid?
F. I read in the book, "Superlearning 2000" that it is recommended that one take 70 GRAMS of Choline per day if you wanted to see any effects. YES 70 grams!!! (2.5 ounces) Was this a misprint?
G. I wanted to buy L-Phenylalanine but I decided not to because people who have certain disorders use it as mood enhancer which scared me off. Has anyone tried this?
I'd like to end this with how scary this World is that ANYONE can walk into a drug store and buy things off the shelf without a prescription!
