Please, don't confuse drugs and supplements.
I agree, taking drugs can make one dependent on them, so if you decide to take drugs , do cycle them. (there are many books about cycling of various drugs, not just steroids).
However most of the supplements are just nutrients, something that you could get from high quality food. Still I recommend cycling choline too, take it only on those days when you are studying. L-Phenylalanine is pretty good and safe too, combined with choline it produces a synergetc effect. If you decide to take those drugs and supplements, read a good book first (you can get one from life extension foundation). In superlearning2000 they just gave you a few supplemtns without explaining how to take them prpperly. For example, you have to take amino acids on an empty stomach to ensure delivery to the brain. Or if you take choline , take pantothenic acid with it in the amount 0.5 of the choline dose, take b6 and vitamine C with L-Phenilalanine. By 2.5 ounce they meant leticine in the superlearning2000. Do your own research before taking anything. Stay away from L-glytamine; there is too much controversy about it.
