Wow! You were 16? How long did the first read through take you and how much do you feel you understood at the time? What about the second read through? the third? How much time passed between read throughs?
You must be very determined. What kept you from giving up on the book? What did you think of "Finnegans Wake"? Have you read any Faulkner?
