I must admit that when I posted the question it was not to get into a discussion about the validity of mathematics or the fundamental concepts of quantum physics. It was to encourage the comparison of this technique with standard reading. More interesting to me is whether the PR step truly has a significant effect on comprehension or are the multiple 'passes' the backbone of this technique. The study would be easy enough to do. We compare one group against another matching them for age, schooling and initial standard 'reading' speed. We give both groups the same time to read the material and give a comprehension exam afterward.
If it has already been done please point me to the reference. I think the PR system may have validity from my own experiences but I would love to see a comparison.
Please no more discussions about reality/mathematics/physics/stock prices/etc..Let's stay on the topic...
