ellis Member Joined: Apr 2001 Posts: 6	Is it natural to have a headache in the beginning using the photofocus method or do I have a headache because I'm not photofocusing properly. Just a note I did photoread four books with a 3 min. break in between.Could this be the cause of my headache, since I am new to this system?

mgrego2 Member Joined: Jul 2000 Posts: 393	Is it possible that you're straining your eyes in an effort to achieve PhotoFocus? I think that's a common pitfall at first. Once you learn to open your field of vision and take in both pages, it's actually a relaxing activity.
