I have went through the course but i do not think i have learned anything. Should i go through the course all over again?? I have to actually speed read most of this over. I do not seem to have any luck with dipping. What should i do??? Also, how much time should i spend on relaxing before start photoreading? I usually do not go through the relaxation state for anymore than 5 seconds.

Going through the course again can neer hurt, but in my experience so far, the best way to figure things out is to just keep doing it.

Try not to think about whether you are doing things right, or if you are following the steps. Just let go and have fun watching the pages flip every second or two.

As for relaxation, I've found that I can just take a deep breath and that will loosen my tension. Or if I feel the need to be very relaxed, I will flex all of my muscles for about 15 seconds and that puts me in a relaxed state. Depending on where i choose to read, i will relax before reading for anywhere from 5 seconds to a minute,

If you are having trouble with dipping, try skittering across the text, or rapid read it. I personally don't find dipping to be of much use so I skitter across the text until I get to a part that I found interesting in my pre/postview and I rapid read that, then continue to skitter.

But my advice for the system as a whole is to play around with it. Nobody is the same so the techniques and methods you learned might need to be tweaked for them to work for you. In most cases you don't need to perform all of the steps as long as you keep them in mind. From what i can tell, individualizing the system for yourself and believing that it will work is key.
