Babelfish could not translate it because it is a saying (like I drive my parents up the wall) you cannot take literally. Nudelfriedhof is a regional slang in Austria (which part I don't remember). Like the word Polecat in the south means skunk. You would be surprised on how much regional slang they have in such a small area. For instance, in some parts they use the word knofl instead of knoblauch (both mean garlic) but not all german speakers would know what knofl means.
