Are you sure, Allenh, that it has words in it ? I can only see the blip page (or double lines or fat center line), with no words, when I focus outside, and above, the center line between the two pages. This center divider line between the two pages is also called the crease line or spine of the book. As soon as I try to bring my focus right in the middle of this center (vertical or spine) line, the blip page disappears ! But, I think I will get it in time. We can use another technique that Paul tells in the tapes. Focus in the middle of the two pages, right in the center of the spine, and (with your peripheral vision) see the 4 end corners of the book, and also see all the white spaces between the words. Draw an imaginary X starting from the 4 corners of the book whose center crosses the spine right where you are focusing.
