Hello,
When I first got the Trigonometry Book I photoread the whole thing. I would then photoread the chapter I needed to learn, then I activated it first with super reading and dipping, then rapid reading, then if I did not have the comprehension I needed I would read it with my more modest speeds. When I would read at the slower speeds I found that understanding of the material was far greater than if I had not used the system. Frankly, I think it is quite amazing!! One test I scored a 96 and all I did was use the system, so I am really seeing results and they are improving everytime I use them in a college class or anywhere else. For programming, I guess you should first photoread the whole book, then photoread and activate each chapter you need, the system is very flexible when it comes to issues like that! I hope that helped, email me if you need any further help!
