I photoread the book again last night before I went to bed. No dreams that I can remember, but I just seem to feel that I know the material better now. I am going to activate it tonight, we'll see how that goes.

I will be activating tonight as well - I photoread it last night, I was able to see the blip page fairly easily. Dave, are you able to pick out trigger words?

Trigger words are a little harder for me. I've preread the book a couple of times in the last few days and I think I have a pretty good idea of what the trigger words are, but I really dont think that much about them conciously, perhaps I do subconciously but I dont know it. I didn't activate the book last night, so I'm going to let it sit for another day.

Remember to write those trigger words down from chapter titles throughout the book during your 8-min preview. And, remember to use that list of trigger words to formulate your first set of Mind Probe questions before SuperReading & Dipping.

Also very helpful, is to say the (3) closing affirmations to yourself that are bulleted on page 51 right after you close the book. Attach your goal/outcome for reading your book to the end of the affirmations.

I see the blip page when I look just above the book, but when I move my eyes down the page I quickly lose it.My eyes try to focus on the page. I'm I suppose to look just across the top of the book or a the center of the book?

Another question. To read PR an short (1 or 2 page)article do you still preveiw, trigger words, PR, etc. the time it will take me to do all the steps I could have read the old way a couple of times. Do you follow each step every time on every article?
