rharlow Member Joined: May 2001 Posts: 18 martin, ky USA	I can't find it in my budget to buy the PR course right now. Kids..... Proms... Football camps.... insurance (17year old!!!!). My question is ... Can I learn to PR with only the book? Or is going about the long hard way. Is it worth the time to spend in the book without the tapes.
