When you do not receive an answer to a
question, or when the answer doesn't answer a question, then re-ask it. Put a DANA/PETE in front of your question to make it easier for us to see it.

As far as reviews: I've emailed a some of them to see what was going on. Most people never tried the process. They merely read the book and formed opinions. In some cases they tried PhotoReading but did not receive immediate conscious results so they gave up.

When you read a book, form an opinion whenever you want to. It is up to you.
I form many opinions when I preview a book.
If you want to form an opinion to write a report, then wait until you fully activate the book. Check back after a couple days to see how your opinion has been affected by your thoughts of the previous days. My opinions about books have changed considerably after a few days of rumination.
