These things amaze me. I've always been drawn to paranormal and 'invisible world', ever since I was a child, long before I started reading/hearing about it.

That's great. Can you tell how exactly do you meditate? I'm asking because there are many types of meditation and I do not know which one is the best for astral projection. I, personally, divide meditation types in two categories:
1. active meditation - is where one concentrates on image or word or sound, body (or anything else) and
2. passive meditation - is where one just lets go and waits (total tranquility).
I believe that first type is more appropriate for self-healing process and similar, while the second type is better for astral projection, for example. What's your experience?
Lomas:
I do not know much about SFQ, but it reminds me a lot on Chinese methods for enabling energy (Chi) to flow through body 'naturally', which makes person healthy, refreshed and energized. If that's your goal, than I would say SFQ serves purpose. However, perfect health is only first stage on spiritual development, and one will have to go past that step to reach enlightment.
Combining Yoga and SFQ will, without doubt, bring you health and peace of mind faster. I believe that all those 'techniques' complement each other. Individual has to decide which method suits him the best. Then he has to stick with it. At some point he'll know it's time to go on.
Bear in mind that this is my opinion. Since I have only recently started to work on myself seriously, I might be off in some of my observations. If you think I'm wrong, please correct me.
