http://www.robertpeterson.org/obebook.html If your going to photoread it from the computer screen, and you don't feel comftorable with photoreading with the scroll button, then do like others suggest and copy and past the whole book into something like wordpad and use the page down button. Much easier and less distracting. 
I myself have not photoread this book yet because when I was reading it, I didn't have the Photoreading course in my possesion yet.
