I've been through the first three tapes so far and have had no success whatsoever in any of the exercises. I've read a number of posts from others on this forum and I understand that I'm probably trying too hard or expecting too much too soon. My question is whether or not I should just continue on or start over at the beginning and look for an improvement. Any advice?

hi,
since the purpose of the course is to teach you the theory and help you integrate it, i would simply suggest going on. unless ofcourse you've forgotten some of the theory and wish to refresh it. anyway i recommend doing a second pass of the course after finishing it ,so again i would suggest that you would continue doing it at this time. it helped me alot anyway. again, the main purpose of the exercises is to teach you the time constrains and get the moral of each exercise.
so, it's your choice. you can and will get the success later.

hope i helped you.

If you want a quick review try listening to side B of tape 1 again. But other than that I would keep going with the tapes.
