Well, that's really up to you, isn't it? gaysexwithdogs wants to provoke a reaction to satisfy his own insecurities. If you don't give him the energy by reacting to the sensation he is trying to produce then he will soon get bored and look for somewhere else to irritate people. Don't rise to it. I am sure your motive for joining the Marines is to see as much as you can of all those fit, young, male bodies. It's OK. You can admit it these days. Come out of the closet and declare "Yes, I am a gay man with a really small penis. So sue me!"

Oh, and one last piece of advice: If you do get as far as selection stage for the Marines, then don't think for one moment that they will not see through you. One needs a certain amound of respect, education and discipline to join an elite unit, and so far, you have proved yourself lacking in all three qualities.
