Hi Pete (or anyone else that might be able to help),

I have a question regarding the way to use the paraliminal tapes.

Most of the time when I listen to the tapes, I consciously don't hear much from around the count of one in the relaxation phase until around the count of three when counting up from 1-5 at the end of the tape. I feel like I am going to sleep during that time frame.

Is this normal? Does it effect the results I experience in a positive, negative, or neutral manner? I want to be as effective as posible with the tapes and would appreciate any input.

Sincerely,
Gregory

When you "wake up" as Paul brings you back you are not coming back from a regular sleep but from another level of consciousness. That is good.

For me, I am often out within seconds of hearing Paul's voice (which has made intercom conversations interesting) and I always come back right at the end. I spend a few moments before listening to be clear on my objectives and to answer the introductory questions in advance, because I seldom hear his questions.

Thanks Pete for the confirmation that I have a similar experience with the relaxation that you do.

Does anyone know how one can increase the effectiveness of the tapes when English is not ones mother tongue?

A person who can watch and understand an American movie can have great success with Paraliminal Tapes and can increase their effectiveness the same as a native English speaker.

If beliefs about your own capabilities get in the way, then play with the Belief tape.
