Okay, I want to keep it easy. But non-fiction and non-technical.... they publish stuff like that?

Kidding. But Bios are not to interesting to me. I could pick up some history books. Not number one on my list.
How about science and math for the layman. You know big on the ideas and low on the equation. I have a pile of those. Books like "Fearful Symmetry", "Superstrings", "A short history of science", "Men who made a new physics", "The Mathematical experience" and things like that. Those are some of the "light" reading on my self. Constantly plaqued by good intentions.
How about if I read the bood 10 or 15 years ago. Should I take it off the list.
Why non-fiction?
I understand non-technical... so that there is a single thread and far few entry points and new ideas.
If I'm way wrong, let me know. But it's important to me to know WHY I'm doing something, not just WHAT I should be doing.
Thanks.
