Has anyone recorded themselves (audio) to pick up words that may have been uttered in their sleep? By hearing the words, perhaps one could better remember the dreams.
To record for 6 or 8 hours, run an output from your tape deck (where your mics are plugged into - Record/Pause the tapedeck of course) into a VCR - use a T160 tape - at slow speed and you'll get fabulous sound quality with 8 hours of recording.

Not sure I want to tape myself.

Any other suggestions. You see typically I don't remember any dreams. Not unless I wake in the middle of one, which is a very rare occaision.

I also don't count those dreams you have as you are slowly waking up, which again is rare for me.

You can also use a Voice-Activated recorder...it takes less time to listen to.

In recalling your dreams, is this a part you want to do for a part of the activation process? I would recommend the paraliminal tape "Dream Play" and as well there are a couple of books I would recommend PRing by Dr. Stephen LaBerge which are listed in the bibliography of the book "PhotoReading". I've found them to be very helpful.

Hi Iam,

try some ImageStreaming, best do more than ten minutes.
A lot of people have reported increased dream recall and more vivid dreams.

Have fun,

Jens
