This morning I've been studying to Baroque music. The most siginificant benefit I've noticed is how much more enjoyable stduying becomes. No more falling asleep over my notes 
Reading your posts is like having you talk to me in person. I feel the connection building. It's a shame I'm not in America, otherwise I can attend one of your workshops.
Part of my plans this summer will be to spend more time on learning to PhR,MM and other techniques. To me, investing in my mind and learning skills is the most worthwhile thing I can do.(besides good health) We're all students in one way or another.
