I have ordered the home training course and I have been working through this with minimal results. At first, I was unable to see the blip page while PR'ing a book but after some work and concentration, I have no problem getting this aspect of the reading done. In fact, it is quite easy now so I am able to better relax and concentrate on PR'ing the book. I go through the preparation stages by previewing the book, developing a purpose, writing down keywords and questions that I would like to know then I get into the learning state, PhotoFocus, and PR away.
Now I wait at least 24 hours or one sleep cycle before I activate the book. The problem is when I begin to formulate the questions that I would like answered or I begin to concentrate on the purpose I do not get anything. I have tried Super Reading and Dipping to find the answers or gain better enlightment but I feel that I am not gaining any comprehension of the material. I have tried Rapid Reading, but I am not sure how this is much different from speed reading. PR'ing is not supposed to be like speed reading instead it is allowing the information soak into the sub-conscious then activate via the concious mind.
I would like to be a better PhotoReader. I have been patient and I hope it will come soon with amazing results, but I am stuck in a state that does not allow me to understand how to proceed forward. I know there is a way and there are techniques that I am just missing so if anyone has anything additional they can add to assist me and others with this then please respond. I have been reading all the other posts that are out here, and some I dismiss and others I see a lot of value. I just want to better understand how to best enable my abilities to learn and grow through this experience.

Cbuzzcut, a couple tips for you...

1. Finish all of the tapes. Tapes 1-6 teach you each technique separately. It all starts coming together on tape 7, when you begin PhotoReading your own books.

2. When you formulate Mind Probing questions with the trigger words you wrote down during Preview, you may not come up with answers to those questions immediately. Your inner mind begins intuitively guiding you to the answers for those questions while SuperReading & Dipping, or Skittering & Dipping.

3. First, master the basics and do the whole system on several books. PhotoRead and fully activate each one until the whole book "gels" and you have full comprehension.

You know what is interesting, is I had not really gone through and manually activated the entire PhotoReading book for a couple of days but questions were beginning to pop into my mind and as I was thinking about some of those questions I would begin to form a response that made sense to me. Things such as driving and widening my focus to cover a wider range of space, or walking down a hall doing the same thing. There were other areas that as I was reading through the end of the book, areas that were not yet mentioned on the tape that I had answers to and as I was reading I found the book was confirming those answers.

I think that the state I am in is discovery and that I am trying to fully understand what is going on. It is like being a child learning a new skill but now sure how to fully harness the power of that skill. I am beginning to think that I may not want to fully try and understand what is happening but rather continue to grow in it. If I feel that I have conquered this state then I will stop learning.

Perhaps this is the first step in fully recognizing the power of this program. I am positive this is working but I am still in the infancy stage so more development is required.
