I was talking to my co-worker yesterday about religion and faith. To make a long story short, he was telling about this girl who somehow became “ill”. It seems like her brain started to process a lot more images than most people do. For example, he told me that she would be at the super market and all the labels and other information that people usually don't process (at least at a conscious level) would pop on her mind and she would become overwhelmed and confused to the point where she finally had to stay home and couldn't go anywhere.
I thought that was interesting, because it shows the theory behind PR.
Has anyone ever heard of anything like this? If this is true, is there a name for her disease?
