Somewhere in the course it states that one should sit with both feet on the floor. As long as I can remember, I've never in life have read a book this way. To me that position is not natural and very uncomfortable for me. The key to photoreading is to be in a relaxed state of mind and body and to me sitting erect with both feet on the floor is contradictory to that statement for me.
