Approximately how long did it take you
to begin properly activating material?

I bought the book and just started PR'ing
about 2weeks ago and have noticed a few
interesting occurances in my life.
I just need a little motivatio 
I know learning a new technique takes
time. It would really be helpful to
know what timeframe is generally common,
though.
