I took a gander at the website you mentioned. Very interesting. It may well be possible to lessen the quality of sleep by continually pumping in auditory stimuli during sleep cycles. I mentioned earlier have less than satisfying sleep, at times, when I tried this.
I've also read research where the findings seemed very favorable toward absorbing information while sleeping (people in study learning a foreign language this way). I remember reading one researcher saying that it hasn't been conclusively determined whether or not there is an ideal sleep period that allows the absorption of information/suggestions.
Personally, I'm game to give it a go. Sounds like you are, too. There could be something to this. When in doubt, I prefer to do my own testing. There could be something very useful here.
If listening to paraliminals continuously at night hurts my sleep and causes my to be less effective during the day, I'll know...and I'll discontinue. If it's working, I'll keep at it.
Would anyone who's had experience with listening to tapes during sleep like to comment?
