This has most probably been asked
before, but out of personal exprience,
what would you guys say has been the
best time of day to PR?

The best time of day I find is very much a personal thing. I like Pring just before I go to sleep as it is a good way to calm down from a hetic day. Plus I never know what might spring up in my dreams.Then I like first thing in the morning as I might be drowsy (easy relaxed state) or that it is very quiet. How good a PR session has been can very easily be determined by your mood before you begin. If everbody has been screaming and shouting at you. Are you going to PR at you best? If everything has gone well, PRing is much easier. The best advice is experiment, time, day, reasons for PRing
