How exactly do you know you are in the accelerated learning state? What are the physical and/or mental sensations?
After achieving what seemed to be the accelerated learning state, I found the state to be extreamly fragile, and easily lost with any interruption.

Any suggestions will be appreciated

I find that when I am in the accelerated learning state my body is relaxed, my emotions are calmed and my mind is able to become absorbed in whatever task I am involved in. I find that outside noises and movements really don't exist and that I "grok" whatever it is that I am involved in learning.

The accelerated learning state is, I think, the same thing as the flow state described by Mihaly Czichsentmihaly (sp?) and is a state of pleasurable involvement in the task that you are involved in - it's almost a little zen. If you are a martial artist, one way of describing it might be to suggest that it is like when you perform kata and you forget that you are doing the kata - you are lost in the form and your body just takes over and you are "in the kata". I hope that this helps.

I am a certified black belt and sensei in the art of Kensho-Ryu Kenpo. I teach in my Sensei's dojo in Billerica, Massachusetts. What style do you pursue?
