Yup, that was the book. Amazingly useful for it's vintage. I think the "newest" edition is from 1964. I've got an earlier one. There are a few more recent books on the subject of sleep-learning that I haven't looked at.
Thanks for the info on The Teaching Company. I may have gotten a mailer from them once, not sure.
Now, if we can just get all educators to speak like Paul Scheele...
