Has anyone tried freenoting as an activation technique? I just finished The Einstein Factor and found this one of the the most interesting parts of the book.

Use the link provided by mgrego2. it is exactly what I was wondering about. In the past, Pete Bissonette has said that he did not favor it. However, with all things he says, use NOPS.
I would highly suggest purchasing the Einstein Factor and read through it. It has very interesting techniques described in its pages and he has a chapter devoted to photoreading. Of course, the chapter on PR is not nearly as good as the PR book and course.
