This question is for those who have finished the program or feel they understand it very well.
How long (or to what tape) was it when you were comfortable enought to photoread a book and really have a sense that you know what was really going in the book(after previewing and activating etc.).

-Thanks a lot

Hi kyo,

There is another post that covers this subject but I will give you a brief summery if you don't want to do a search.

Dana said it took him about two weeks. Others have given various time frames. For me it took much longer because of a lack of understanding of how to use the system.

The PR and Activation tape in the home study course are marvelous and have helped me tremendously. I have edited them both onto another tape to better facilitate the core PR and Acivation steps until I am comfortable enough with the system to go without the tapes. (I expect this to take anywhere from another 1-4 weeks.) I also follow the study recomendations that Paul gives on the Activation side with great success for my purposes.

The thing that helped me "turn the corner" and get the system to work for me was when I finally understood that this is a multi-layer approach to learning and comprehending the written material. When I finally stopped trying to understand everything on the first time through, the everything seemed to fall into place. What helped me do that was to make it ok for me to continue to move forward through the text while not understanding everything, then go back for as many passes as I need until I understand the text at the level neccessary. This has made all the difference in the world for me and now I am actually looking forward to reading text books, but more importantly, I will be able to comprehend and use the information I gain from reading.

Stick with it. Your life will change for the better if you learn and use the system.

Hope this helps,
Greg
