This has been one of my favorite topic.
Seeing that I'm almost 50 yrs of age and as one ages, their vision is not as youthful either. I have always been far-sighted but my vision close up was great. Now I cannot read without my reading glasses, the words looked smeared or as my sister best explains it, it's like seeing a bunch of ants on a sheet of white paper. 
But anyway, seeing that reading without my glasses, the words are in a terrible state as far as clarity is concerned and that to me might have a negative impact on photoreading and what my mind might try to interpret what the words are as oppose to what they really are. But if I PR with my reading glasses on, no more smeared words or ants on page, increased clarity, wider blip. So this is the dilemma that I have. To PR with glasses or PR without glasses, that is the question. No firm answer on that. The jury is still out on this one.
