A tip on Photofocus...

In the PhotoReading step, when you are flipping a page per second, it matters very little how the page looks consciously. You have an open channel directly to your "other-than-conscious" mind, which absorbs all of the patterns of text in a fraction of a second.

It immediately begins building associations to your existing knowledge base, according to your purpose/outcome statement in the Prepare step, where you determined how you want to be positively impacted by acquiring the knowledge in your book.

Side affects of the PhotoFocus step,

I have found that after PhotoReading stage of the program, there are times I find myself having the uncontrollable urge to fall asleep. The book is just swirling in my head and its like my brain wants to shut down to do its work in sleep mode. During this time of post data absorption (make it sound all technical), I also have found how I view the data in my mind has changed. Instead of being a mental representation of the book I just PR, I have found out that its more like the data is stored in a Cube. My mind starts passing through the cub from each angle, corner to corner, side to side, sector at a time. Almost like my mind is triangulating the data itself.

Is this
A> normal
B> abnormal
C> Seek help
D> 1872

Thanks for your help and insight

The answer is: A. Normal.

I've had the same "swirl" experience during and after the PR step when I'm physically drained to begin with. To correct it, hydrate your brain - just drink a glass of water before the PR step.

We've all heard the old Einstein adage...."We only use 10% of our brain" and others have said only 1/10th of 1% of our capacity.

Whenever you PhotoRead, you're carving out new neuro-pathways in the previously uncharted, un-untilized gray matter in our brain, automatically boosting your processing capacity.
