The answer is: A. Normal.
I've had the same "swirl" experience during and after the PR step when I'm physically drained to begin with. To correct it, hydrate your brain - just drink a glass of water before the PR step.
We've all heard the old Einstein adage...."We only use 10% of our brain" and others have said only 1/10th of 1% of our capacity.
