What I do is get into the "state", then preview, then PR, then either SR and dip, What I mean by superreading is I don't just move down the center of the page I move side to side, so same speed as moving down the page just side to side. I am not really sure how I try not to subvocalize I just kinda put everything in my mind on hold and not read the words just look at them, it took me a little bit to get it, but I can now, I just can't make sense of what I am seeing or at least not activating properly to get the info. I try and mind map also, I do ok at it, it seems to help also.
I think that if I can get this anti-subvocalizing down I will be making a major leap in progress of PR. If anyone has any suggestions I would love to hear them.
