Thanks for bringing this forwardAaron. I remember reading this thread a while back. I'll have to try it. Definitely. I've already got one book (Engineering text) in mind. A buddy, is a professor and I gave text to a course he teaches. I'll give it several PR sessions with some incubation time between each. .... maybe I could just hit him up for a chapter at a time.

Thanks again,

Iam2

Tried something similar to it with a fiction book. I PR it, and didn't activate it. I then went to take a nap (polyphasic sleep experimenter), and imagined what the book was about. Kinda like a combo of imagestreaming/conscious dreaming. I was awake...

Anyhow, I later rapid read the book and my plot/specific instance from the dream/IS was absolutely correct. Felt like I was rereading the book. Also, I knew who did it (was a mystery).

I have done about 7hours of IS'ing, but then I have taken a week's break.

This has been really exciting--PR'ing really, really works!

hehe, PR does work. Just you need effort in for effects out. I'd also recommend doing that for a book in class. Do all 5step on your book for class and sit in class during a discussion and see what comes to mind. Just a good way to activiate and review the book. (note: please do some activation before attending class, sometimes other people can mislead you so watch out.)

awesome, hey those of you who have tested this and it has worked, how long have you use the PR course [correctly, not including time that it sat in you basement cause you rejected it or whatever]

thanks

I dunno, 3 1/2 months or so (from the book...don't have the course) ...doesn't take much effort to learn--hey, your reading 3-10 books a day...

The more you use this receipe, the more you will increase the likelihood of spontaneous activation, as well.

I know of a couple of people who shared with me, they also would have partial to full images of text flash up into their conscious mind as they spontaneously activated answers to the questions.

Dana, could you share the mechanics of the interaction that these people have used. I'm trying this and would appreciate any ideas I can try.

Is it important that you not allow incubation?

Is it only important that you haven't done manual activation?

How about a text book. Many have questions at the end of chapters, and some solutions in the back. I'm considering this a method to get instantaneous / spontaneous activation.

Thanks,

Mechanics of the interaction?

Not sure exactly what you mean there.

Try it without any incubation. See how well you do.

Then, try it again on the same book after a half hour or so of incubation.

Then, try it again the next day on the same book. Compare your results.

Rule of thumb....PhotoReading and fully activating a dozen books or so will greatly increase the likelyhood of spontaneous activation, regardless of the book.
