Sorry about the delay responding...
When you are activating your book, you are working under a time constaint, trying to make a sweep through the whole book cover-to-cover in about 30 minutes. You'll dip dozens of times while SuperReading through the book. I wouldn't spend much over 6-8 seconds on any one page.
How many books have you done the whole process on so far? Just wondering where you are at with mastering the basics of the process.
