Weird question. I note that Paul in his tapes says to uncross your legs and not touch you thumbs. Is this because of the idea of segregating the left and right brains? My problem is that I am left handed and am already confused. Is that why PR is more difficult for me to master?

Great question!

I find the same thing in Paul's Paraliminal tapes and in many other programs also.

I personally find it easier to get into state with my ankles crossed. Go figure...

Legs uncrossed and thumbs not touching prevents you from being distracted from your focused state, from a leg that falls asleep, or pressure points which are stressed in your body.

Confusion is a good sign you are right on track. Feeling confused means that the learning process has kicked in! Keep going!
